The current study aims to look for the natural organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and department of Social Sciences at Guelma university ,the study took 38 university teachers knowing that only 30 forms were retrieved and the results of the study reached to: -The existence of organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences according to the Appreciation of university teacher.
- No differences in the Appreciation of university teachers about the organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences Due to the variable sex.
- No differences in the Appreciation of university teachers about the organizational Climate in the department of Psychology and the department of Social Sciences Due to the seniority variable.
Abstract FRE
Le but de notre étude est de chercher la nature du climat organisationnel établit au sein des départements de psychologie et de sciences sociologiques à l’université 8 Mai 1945, Guelma.
Le groupe étudié se compose de 38 enseignants.
La distribution des questionnaires n’a permis de récupérer que 30 questionnaires.
Les résultats ont montré que : 1) Le climat organisationnel moyen règne auprès des deux départements.
2) Il n’y a pas des différences dans la perception des enseignants du climat organisationnel selon la variable de sexe.
3) Il n’existe pas de différences entre les deux départements selon la variable d’ancienneté.
