The emergence of the globalization was accompanied by the emergence of a pattern of crimes that was not knownpreviously: it’s called “cybercrime”, which takes from internet its mainstay.A crime which doesn’t require neither time, nor effort or even transfer to the victims' place of residence.

It’s just enough for the unsub to press a button of his personal computer or scan on the digital screen of his smartphone, to penetrate the information systems of strategic sectors in different countries, or to seize the money of people in other continents or the recruitment of terrorist groups in more than one country, which made them cross-border crimes
