The mission of the Member of Parliament is not eternal but is related to the duration of the parliamentary mandate as well as the causes and cases determine in the Constitution and texts in force as well as in the internal regulations of the two chambers of Parliament.

The end of membership in Parliament is either a result of reasons related to the member or cases related to the Council.

This results in the vacancy of the seat.

In order to fill this vacancy, the decision is made by means of legally defined procedures.
