Any protection of a right has to be canbined with a penalty, or else there would be meaning to this protection, that's why children right got ensurd with a lot of treaties, while it had its own framework within the ICC; and this is the protection that we tried to highlight in this work with identifying the importance of the role of the ICC in child protection.

To analyse the meaning of the ICC protection and highlighting all kinds of this protection and identifying its mechanisms, and reveal the domain of protection that is insured by the ICC that has always been distinguished with a feature from other judiciary mechanisms whether in a subject or in measures.
