The basis of this paper is the fact that language is no longer only a means of communication; it is also a source of national income for many countries.

Besides, activity in the economics of human languages has helped in knowledge investment in various language industries, including the fields of lexicography, language education, information technology...

We believe that Arabic can compete in the language industry market if it has the proper administrative guidance.

That's why this study seeks to present a systematic vision about the management of Arabic language industries.

The study is committed to the analytical approach based on explanation, criticism and deduction, basd on management principles.

This study aims to provide a reference framework for the management of Arabic language industries by establishing regular rules for the management of these industries and control of their administrative processes, from planning, through organization, coordination and guidance, to the controling.

The study has reached a number of results, including: serving a conception of the administrative processes on the Arabic language industry, presentation of a conception of the administrative structure of these industries, and formation of a forward-looking vision for it.

Finally, the study ends with a number of recommendations, including: directing the academic programs concerned with the preparation of the linguistic researcher to the inter-sciences linking research with the industry and creating an appropriate administrative environment for workers in the Arabic language industry.
