Quality culture evaluation in Algerian companies : an empirical study

adoption of quality culture managements practices in Algerian companies; this is achieved by the evaluation of the compatibility between the dominant culture and the quality practices this later is measured by: the leadership, the focus on customers, the relationship with suppliers, training and continuous improvement, in wish the researcher studies the intention of the top management (leadership) in some companies in Setif town toward the adoption of the mentioned aspects of the quality culture which in turn reflects the dominant.

culture in these companies and finally the obstacles of quality culture adoption are addressed and analyzed
