The study aimed to identify the degree of utilization of flipped teaching strategy, And its relationship to infrastructure and technical support within the University College for Applied Sciences (UCAS) in Gaza, in an attempt to sketch out areas of potential improvement.

The descriptive analytical approach was adopted for the purpose of this study.

A questionnaire was developed investigating the following key aspects: the degree of utilization of flipped teaching strategy, the current UCAS infrastructure and technical support status in terms of its capability to implement the latter mentioned strategy.

Additionally the questionnaire provided an open-ended question for academics to provide recommendations for the development of utilizing the flipped teaching strategy.

The sample consisted of 45 academics from different disciplines within the UCAS, and data was collected and analyzed statistically using (SPSS) Program.

Results revealed that there is statically positive correlation between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy and the availability of a proper infrastructure and technical support.

Furthermore, there are no significant differences between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy attributed to the study variables (gender, age, and qualification).

However, there are significant differences between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy and the academic’s years of service.

Finally, the study recommended the need for reducing the number of students in the classroom to further facilitate and improve the implementation of the strategy.
