This study aimed at recognizing the role of Jordanian schools teachers in enhancing cultural identity among students from the perspective of their parents.

In order to achieve the aim, the study used the descriptive analytical survey method.

The study sample consists of 106 of parents in Salt during the year 2017-2018.

The validity of the study verified Cronbach alpha.

The questions of the study were answered using appropriate statistical methods.

The results of the current study have revealed the following: -The role of teachers of Jordanian schools in the development of cultural identity among students came in a medium degree with an average of 3.17- -There were no statistically significant differences at (a<0.05) ) between the average of the sample of the study sample for the role of Jordanian school teachers in developing the cultural identity of the students due to the gender variables and the scientific qualification of the parents In light of the results of current study, it proposes some recommendations, namely: focusing on the role of teachers in enhancing cultural identity among students as mentors, influencers and a good example of their students by diversifying in the strategies of teaching on dialogue and expressing opinion freely.
