Our Islamic history through its various ages has witnessed the role of Muslim scholars in fighting the waste of public money in all aspects of life.

The title of this research ((Treatments Made By Omar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) in Public Money)).

The research was divided into two sections.

The first topic: Definition of the terms of research and a biography of Omar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him)، which included two requirements: First requirement: thedefinition of treatments in language and terminology، and the definition of public money in language and terminology.

The second requirement : a biography of Omar bin Abdul Aziz (May Allah be pleased with him)، which includes: First - his name and surname and nickname.

Second – his birth and his governor as a Caliphate.

The second topic : The treatments of Omar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) in the Department of Income، divided into two requirements، the first requirement: the management of periodic public financial revenues، namely، Zakat and Aljazia، and the second requirement: General non-periodic، Al-kharaj and Al-Oushor.
