أثر برنامج مقترح للعلاج الطبيعي و التمرينات العلاجية على المصابين حديثا بالشلل الناتج عن الجلطة الدماغية

This study aimed to design a physical therapy program for the newly paralyzed infected by blood clot in brain.

The experimental method was used by dividing the subjects in to two groups, pre and post for the paralyzed caused by blood clot in brain.

Subject were (12) females who were treated in physiotherapy centers-Khartoum state aged (20-30) years.

The patients were selected intentionally from the physical therapy centers at (Khartoum hospital-medical corps-Dr.fahd Mohamed abdel-rahman center-Dr.hiayba center in Omdurman (4 patients) tests and measurements were used to collect the data (dynamometer - dijin meter - medicine balls - infrared - acoustic).

The program was designed to develop walking speed and grip strength from 2 to 3 monthes by four sessions in a week.

The findings were as follows: There were significant statically differences between pre and post measurements for the telemetric increase in walking speed.

There were significant statically differences between pre and post measurements for the dimensional measurements in increase the strength of the grip for the palaysis patient caused by a blood clot in the brain.

The researchers recommend that: The heuristic therapeutic program could be guidance to longitudinal mid-paralysis.

Physical education experts could help when applying the therapeutic exercise program for the patient of paralysis caused by blood clot in the brain.
