This study deals with the search for an analytical description of the importance of the requirements for the success of the application of the electronic voting system in the elections, with the benefits of applying this system to a strategic alternative to traditional voting system, which frequently questioning the impartiality and accuracy and validity of its dwindling transparent show its results, this is what many countries in the world to adopt an electronic voting system is safe and strong, fairness and transparency, impartiality and accuracy enjoys, although the electronic voting system represents the general approach is available that can be applied by any developing State, but that the need of the transition to electronic voting in Algeria has become urgent, with the aim of promoting transparency', integrity and benefit from the proceeds ofthe electronic management and highlight the cultural dimension and reduce internal stability and mutual resentments and catching up with good governance in the exercise of the electoral process.
