After the application of the possible purification and sterilization procedures, 100 fresh meat samples were collected from local cattle and sheep carcasses.

The samples were selected in order to detect some pathogenic bacteria that might be present in the laboratory fresh red meat and categorize them in ways Microbiological methods generally applied.

These results indicate that fresh red meat carries on its surfaces after being brought from the slaughterhouse to the shops and markets of the sale of large numbers of microorganisms that cause many risks to public health, and act as nurses for the person who deals with them
