The question of the diversification of the sources of financing of investments becomes an option able to guarantee the process of economic growth in Algeria.
This paper proposes to show how bond issues are an attractive alternative for large companies, enabling them to mobilize consistent public and private savings.
The type of governance practiced, however, constitutes a handicap for the development of the bond market, the potential of which is appreciable, given the recent experience in this area.

La question de la diversification des sources de financement des investissements devient une option à même de garantir le processus de croissance économique en Algérie.
Ce papier se propose de montrer comment les émissions obligataires représentent une alternative intéressante pour les grandes entreprises, leur permettant de canaliser une épargne publique et privée consistante.
Le type de gouvernance pratiquée constitue cependant un handicap pour le développement du marché obligataire dont le potentiel est à un niveau appréciable eu égard à l’expérience récente en la matière.
