This study aims to address the problem of corruption in the Maghreb countries by studying anti-corruption legislation and its applications in some Maghreb countries.

Which was enshrined in Algeria and Tunisia, as their legislation is the product of the UN Convention against Corruption, which was embodied through the internal legislation of the Maghreb countries, in the light of an international trend to combat corruption in various forms.

In view of the fact that the Maghreb legislation has been placed in an external context, we wanted to study the differences between some Maghreb countries in legislation and practice by monitoring some of the anti-corruption statistics in these countries through four axes through which we identified corruption and its forms.
