This research suggests linking the fact that political boundaries exist with the cultural identity of peoples.

Thus, the problem of research is to confront the idea of political boundaries and the extent of cultural identities among neighboring societies.

In order to study this contradiction of cultural identity with the so-called political boundaries,we chose the western regions between Algeria and Morocco.Where are the social-regional units that match their language and language, the same customs and traditions, the same problems and suffering,but in front of different political boundaries! In this real example, we will try to study this problem.

The main objective of this study is to clarify the role played by cultural identity in transforming political relations between countries.

The research methodology is: After the problem and the formulation of hypotheses, and to define the procedural concepts of the variables of the study we conducted a qualitative approach based on fieldwork data.

We also used the descriptive analytical approach.

One of the most important results of the study: cultural identity cannot cancel the political borders because the latter strengthens the factors of consolidation of national unity and protects the political, social and cultural entity of society.
