The Algerian legislator imposed a legal obligation for the accessory, because the large number victims of accidents defective products, including find the obligation to ensure the security of the product enshrined in the law 09/03 and executive decree on the security product 12/203 .

The purpose of this study is an attempt to understand the concepts and controls to ensure the security of the product through addressing the definition of this commitment, to identify the legal mechanisms to the contents and his responsibility.
