Primary extra-skeletal Ewing sarcoma is a rare entity, especially in the spinal epidural space.

Few cases have been reported in the literature.

In this paper, we describe three cases of extra-skeletal Ewing sarcoma involving the spinal epidural and paravertebral spaces which presented non-specific symptoms and as a result, lead to a long diagnostic delay.

The average age at diagnosis was 21 years.

All patients had paraparesis.

All patients underwent surgery.

Surgery consisted in laminectomy and partial tumor resection.

All patients received adjuvant chemotherapy.
