Quran and its magnificient contents have been considered as the important sources and origins of Arabic poeatry.

In the manner that, many poeats have got inspirations from Quran in terms of subjects and characters that were the central point of their works.

Intertextuality is a new phenomeon for an old concept that has been created in the west as a result of investigating language issues, and has its origins in the old researches with different names and expressions such as, adaptation, testimony, gurantee ,anecdotes ,etc.

Inrecent researches myth has accepted the same task.

Intertextuality has different types..

One of them is Quranic Intertextuality that many poets have dealt with Fadva Toogan is one of the poetesses that has used Quranic Intertextuality in her poetic intentions.She has adapted from Quran,in three ways:1.

Quranic concepts,2.

Quranic stories and3.

Quranic lexicon.

In addition to trying to give a brief definition of intertextuality, this short article will reviewbriefly Toogan,s biography and the adaptations of Quranic subjects in her works.
