The research aimed to review the relations between China and the GCC countries by monitoring and analyzing, especially their geostrategic and geo-economic dimensions.

The relations between the two sides are of great importance imposed by the mutual economic interests, the desire to develop those relations and, more importantly, mutual understanding of their strategic need.

The research dealt with the geostrategic dimensions of Sino-Gulf relations by focusing first on the importance of the Gulf region in China's strategy.

The second section studied the economic dimension of China's foreign policy towards the GCC countries.

The third section addressed China's attitude on the issue of security in the Arabian Gulf, and the fourth section devoted to exploring the future of this relationship from the geopolitical point of view and the international political changes.
