The purpose of this article is to show that the conception made to the organization of distribution channels in Algeria takes on a regulatory dimension; while the reality shows that the design of organized channels is economic, hence the presence of structures with more or less stable relations of distribution channels.

The confrontation of these two conceptions will make it possible to highlight the difference which exists between the two, through an exploratory study allowing to define the organized distribution channels based on stable and more or less formal relations through the establishment of appropriate economic structures.

Then, present the regulatory framework put in place by the public authorities in Algeria to seize the organization of distribution channels.

الملخص FRE

L’objet du présent article est de montrer que la conception faite à l’organisation des canaux de distribution en Algérie prend une dimension règlementaire ; tandis que la réalité montre que la conception des canaux organisés est d’ordre économique d’où la présence de structures entretenant des relations plus ou moins stables.

La confrontation de ces deux conceptions va permettre de mettre en évidence la différence qui existe entre les deux, à travers une étude exploratoire permettant de définir les canaux de distribution organisés basés sur des relations stables et plus ou moins formelles à travers la mise en place de structures économiques appropriées.

Ensuite, présenter le cadre règlementaire mis en place par les pouvoirs publics en Algérie pour saisir l’organisation des canaux de distribution.
