Le rôle des tic dans le développement de l’économie de la connaissance

The main objective of this contribution is to revisit the role of ICT in the development of the knowledge economy.

We have tried to answer our research question based on an approach based on an analysis of the theoretical and empirical literature.

Our results show that access, use and diffusion of ICTs should be generalized and facilitated in developing countries to foster the development of the knowledge economy and thereby improve their economic competitiveness.
