Terror nowadays is one of the most dangerous issues facing both countries and individuals.

It is the darkest threat facing international society through cyber raids via internet .

As time and technology increase, terrorist threats increase.

This fact lead to risks on countries, organizations and individuals.

No day passes without hearing a terrorist act here and there.

Although the term international terrorism isn’t new, the updated explanation of this term is cyber terrorism due to massive information revolution and technological development which made it easier for radicals to make cyber-attacks that knows no boarders and limits whether natural and artificial to protect their security and safety eventually international peace and tranquility.

Internet helped to make these cybercrimes on large scale through hacking, fake accounts, espionage and publishing on fake sites and pages, penetrate the accounts of security and military officials, other accounts of security and authority ministries.

The existence and spread of internet has the upper hand in implementation of radical groups the destructive operations against countries and individuals.
