The study aim to introduce the most important current criteria for the assessment of educational research from the studies presented to standards and through reading the educational literature.

In light of this, the study attempted to present a developmental formula for the standards of assessing educational research as considered by the experts of scientific research methodology.

The study is based on a number of results, the most important of which are: The reality of contemporary standards adopted in the peer-reviewing of educational research in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is general and is influenced by the concept of arbitrator.
