The Introduction and the importance of the research shows the importance of sports lesson for students and iB effect on the balance between the mental and physical level and cooperation and social adjustment for them, and the role of teachers of physicdedueation in the field of education and community service and physical abililes and discover, sport talents to refine national teams the problem of research lies in Identifying why teschers of physical education went to practice the administrative work in the school and the reasons for their exclusion from exercising thar specialization in the studay of physical education.

The research community identified (149) school belonging to (pepartment of Education Fallujah) and it included primary and secondary schools for both genders.

The research sample was chosen in deliberate manner by the teachens of physieal education.

The two researchers recommended not to use stadiums equipment, tools and finacial allocations for the establishment of sports activities.
