The objective of this study is to build appropriate models and methods through which we can measure the relationship between the quality and competitiveness of tourism services in the Maghreb tourist sector for the years 2007/2017 by arranging these countries in the relevant international tourist indicators, The World Economic Forum (Davos).

It was based on a number of descriptive and analytical methods, in which the competitive competitiveness indicators of the countries studied, the comparison and the statistical method were analyzed.

The study found that the appropriate model for measuring the impact of quality and competitiveness of services Aahih on the tourism sector of these countries are panel models and it was obtained that the real variables that explain the attraction and the influx of tourists to the countries under study are both (human resources, the readiness of information technology, competitive prices, natural resources) and from achieving the competitive advantage of these countries in the global market.
