The aim of this study is to identify the extent to which the knowledge management team has an impact on technical innovations and the role it play's in improving innovations within the organization.

In order to achieve this, the researchers designed a questionnaire to collect data and information from the surveyed 38 individuals.

Empty the answers of the sample according to the five-dimensional Likert scale.

The study, after testing its hypotheses, concluded that there is a direct inpact between the knowledge management team and the technical innovations.

Tins means that the research organizations are actually seeking to create an organizational knowledge environment aimed at creating and building a knowledge team that can make recommendations to improve the technical innovation trends of the research organizations.

The study of the need for organizational leaders to focus on organizational knowledge management team and work to connect their customers with the company’s customer knowledge base to create a kind of exchange in their markets and push towards creating new innovative technologies.
