This study was conducted in the poultry farm belong to the Center for Animal Resources and Fisheries in Agricultural Research Directorate / Ministry of Science and Technology, from 21/11/2016 to 2/1/2017 for 42 day.

The aim of study was to find out effect of adding Green tea and Organic Selenium, as antioxidant and their effects on production performance of broiler.

One hundred and fifty of one-day old unsexed (Ross 308) chicks with average initial body weight of 40 g/chick were used in this study.

Chicks were randomly divided into Five treatments, Each treatment was sub-divided into three replicates (10 chicks per replicate).

The treatments can be described as follows: T1 (control) without any additives, T2 and T3 supplemented with 0.5 and 1% green tea respectively, T4 and T5 supplemented with Organic Selenium at 0.3 and 0.6 mg/kg feed respectively.

The results of this study showed a significant improve (P<0.05) in live body weight, weight gain and feed conversion ratio for all additives treatments as compared with control.While a significant decrease was observed in Accumulative feed consumption in all treatments as compared with control, which recorded the highest Accumulative feed consumption rate 4310 g/ bird.
