This study aimed to identify the impact of innovation managing the hard work among workers in banks in Palestine comparative study on commercial and Islamic banks, and to achieve this have been evaluated and build a study tool and after distribution and collection have been entered into a computer and processed statistically, was selected as a stratified random sample, has been the total sample size (112) of the staff working in the Islamic and commercial banks in Palestine and that the final sample accounted for evidenced by the Halal results of the study that the impact of innovation managing the hard work among workers in banks in Palestine were high either in terms of the total degree of seriousness in work, they were high from the views of the respondents, as evidenced by the results of the study and there is a positive correlation between creativity and administrative serious relationship at work and this relationship is statistically significant because the value of sig = (0.00) which is less than 0.05, and in the light of the reported study results, the researcher I recommend the following: 1.

Banks Must develop management models and special methods contribute to the development of hard work for the staff, to focus on the importance of training and qualification of staff before and during the service.
