In this study, we aim to provide a conceptual framework for a sensitive subject in the business environment of sustainability, which today is a goal and a path for business organizations seeking to survive.

As well as the review of the concept of competitive advantage, which has become a duty for all economic institutions, especially those that seek to separate them from the rest of the other institutions, and thus linking the two through the competitive advantage of sustainable recognition that the development of human resources is imperative to achieve.

In order to complete the theoretical research with the applied apartment, a field model has been adopted for the application and adoption of the competitive advantage of a long-standing telecommunications company, Mobilis.
