The objective of the research is to build the measures of psychological flexibility and self-talk and to identify the relationship between the young tennis players.

the researchers used the descriptive approach in survey methods and case study.

the study sample included the players of the training centers in the game of youth football in babil governorate, which are (100) players, distributed in (5) training centers (20) players for each training center, research the measures of psychological flexibility and self-talk were built by following the steps and procedures of constructing and preparing the psychological measures and processing their data using the statistical file for the social sciences (SPSS).

the research concluded that the higher the psychological flexibility of the players whenever there is a positive self-talk.

one of the most important recommendations is to strengthen the sports teams with a specialist in psychological guidance.
