This study aimed to examine the implications of the reform demands in the Arab world and the influence of the globalization in this process, especially since the international system has witnessed a set of variables in the beginning of the last century decade, , the greatest risk is which surounds the nations cultures and peoples because of the continuing confusion that is going on in the communication system of international revolution of communication and information , and the dominance of the Western countries at this level , including to this it allows to control the desires and needs of the Arab peoples and their subjected behavior patterns, in parallel with the absence of the Arabic systems role in laying the democractic foundations development and to reach the Arab world peoples to the political, economic and social stability, and here is the theme of globalization and its effects on the process of reform in the Arab world of the most important academic subjects , raised during the past few years , and put today in terms of they have become topics time , especially in the middle of events and changes taking place in many Arab countries.
