الملخص العربي

خلفية عن الموضوع مع استعراض للمشكلة : اليوم، في عصر تنافسي متغير، تواجه الإدارة العديد من التحديات، لذا فهي تحتاج إلى متابعة التطورات في مجال التشويق و القصايا الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية و قضايا الزبائن.

و من أهم التحديات هو التعبير الثاني الذي له أهمية نسبية لخلق استراتيجية إدارة جودة ناجحة.

حيث تكون ثقافة المؤسسة هي العامل الأساسي الذي يراعي تنفيذ إدارة الجودة.

الأهداف المرجوة من موضوع الرسالة : يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير ثقافة المؤسسة على إدارة الجودة في شركات البناء المختلفة في قطاع غزة و لتحقيق هدف هذا البحث، توجد العديد من الأهداف، يمكن تلخيص هذه الأهداف من أجل التعرف على ملامح الثقافة التنظيميه لشركات المقاولات وفهمها، والتحديد المستوى الذي تم تحقيقه في إدارة الجودة وللتعرف على العلاقة بين الثقافة التعليمية و تنفيذ إدارة الجودة.

طريقة و منهجية العمل لتحقيق الأهداف : لتحقيق الهدف تم مراجعة الأبحاث السابقة والأخد بالاعتبار مراجعة ما تم دراسته عن ثقافة الشركة وإدارة الجودة والعلاقة بينهما.

بعد ذلك تم تصميم استبانة بناء على الدراسات السابقة لشركات المقاولات تم توزيع 160 استبانة وهم استلام 150 استبانة بنسبة %93.75، لدراسة ثقافة المؤسسة إدارة الجودة للشركات الانشائية الاستبانة انقسمت الى اربع اقسام تشمل ( معلومات عامة، معلومات عن الشركة، ثقافة المؤسسة، إدارة الجودة ) أخيرا تم تحليل و مناقشة النتائج باستخدام أدوات احصائية.

النتائج وإلى أي مدى تم تحقيق الأهداف : العامل الأكثر تواجد في ثقافة الشركة هو خصائص الشركة المهيمة بينما يعثر شكل القيادة هو العامل الأكثر أهمية في ثقافة الشركة و من ناحية أخرى يعتبر عامل المشروع وإدارة النشاطات أكثر حدوثا في ادارة الجودة وهو ايضا الأكثر اهمية بالاضافة الى ذلك البحث أوضح أن هناك علاقة مهمة بين ثقافة المؤسسة وادارة الجودة وذلك باستخدام التحليل الاحصائي ويوصي البحث بانشاء مجموعات للتعليم والتدريب و تزويد العمال بالمكافات والمحفزات وزيادة فرصة العمال في المشاركة باتخاذ القرارات في أعمالهم ومشاركة القادة في نشاطات إدارة الجودة الخلاصة : استنتج أن هناك علاقة مهمة بين ثقافة الشركة وادارة الجودة في المشاريع الانشائيه في قطاع غزة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

Background and Problem:Today, in a change competitive age, management confronts many challenges and so needs to pursue and attune to the developments in marketing, economic, technologic and customer issues.one of the most challenges is cultural change which has a relative importance to create a successful quality management strategy where an organizational culture is the fundamental factor considering the implementation of quality management.

Aim and Objectives:The aim of this research is to study the impact of organization culture on quality management in different construction companies in Gaza Strip.

To achieve the aim of this research many objectives exist, these objectives can be summarized asto capture and understand the organizational culture profiles of the construction companies, to identify the level attained in the quality management and to find out the relationship between the organizational culture and the implementation of quality management.

Methodology:To achieve the aim a comprehensive literature review was studied and taken into consideration in order to identify and review to organizational culture, quality management and relationship between them.

Then, the questionnaire was designed by using the previous studies, for Construction Company160 questionnaires was distributed randomly and received 150 with (93.75%).

in order to study the organizational culture and quality management implementation of construction companies, the questionnaire was separated into four parts, included (General Information, Information about the company, Organizational Culture, and Company Progress towards Quality Management).Last, theresults and discussions will be analysed using appropriate statistical analysis tools.

Results: The most occurred factor in organization culture isthe dominant organizational characteristics style, while the leadership style is the important factor in organization culture that affect in quality management .On other hand the project and activity managing is the most occurrence factor in quality management in Gaza Strip, and also the project and activity managing is the most important factor in quality management in Gaza Strip.In addition to that the research was obtained that there is a significult relationship between organizational culture and quality management by using staticalanalysis.The research recommends create group for education and training,provide employees for bonuses and incentives, provide more opportunity for employees to create good decisions on their jobs and contribution of leaderships in quality management activities.

Conclusions:It was concluded that there are a significant relationship between organization culture and quality management in construction projects in Gaza Strip.
