This paper presents a brief reading of the existing balances produced by the Algerian Hirak (mass demonstration) in the post-Bouteflika era, determines the new centers of power and identifies the features of the exceptional transitional situation that the country has been witnessing since February 22nd.

Then, the paper works on the shaping of a new geopolitical vision for the country in which it tries to identify the main inherent points of strengths in Algeria which was revealed and liberated by the current Hirak, in an attempt to invest in the outputs of this historical mobility for the purpose of building a strong, liberated and sovereign state; as well as an influential country on the regional and global scales.
