The aim of this paper is to shed light on the approach based on competence.

The basics of this approach are that all corporations which want to succeed must not function within a logic of adaptation, but rather search to transform the key factors of success to their profit by modifying it, in the case where the actual context does not allow the firm to have a competitive advantage and defend it.

This situation commits the enterprise to change constantly the game's rules
