This study aim to disclose effect of sexual ruption on chilren between 06 and 12 years old.

and their ability to live with stress after choc disease.

The study’s sample involved three children who had asked for medical consultation in purpose to get a medical certification in legal medicine service at the public hospital institution of ELOUADI and make through it a complaint to the court due to what had happen to their children.

Sam assessment facts test of HORWITZ had been applied to find out if any stress after choc disease symptoms claimed at that time, also a half directed clinical interview had been added in order to restrict this dis- order through relying upon the fourth statistical diagnostic guide.

After treating and analyzing results by using case study methodology .it had found that these three children had suffered from stress after choc disease with various risky degrees, which was due to fact’s accent through force and threaten or inspiring .also parent’s view from this accident and the practical strides that they’d taken it to protect their children.
