This study aimed at identifying the effect of knowledge management on achieving the innovation in Algerian services sector organizations.

A questionnaire was developed and distributed; which consist of (131) subjects, (97) questionnaire of which were returned and analyzed.

Validity and reliability of questionnaires were computed.

The results of the study refer to statistically significant correlation between the knowledge management and achieving innovation.

also; the study indicates that there is significant statistical effect of knowledge management on achieving the innovation in organizations sample study.

The study also shows the existence of a significant effect of (knowledge creation, and knowledge application) on achieving innovation, and the results reflected that there is no significant affection of (knowledge storing, and knowledge dissemination) on achieving innovation.

In the light of the findings; some recommendations are given.
