The development of Algerian sugar industrie is explained mainly by a state policy protection against the white sugar importation, but the competing main force that they can would come from the power from negotiation of the large firms of supply out of brown sugar.
The competitiveness of this industry depends on his capacity to be integrated in the dynamics of the world sugar firms, characterized by the conquest of the exterior markets, the control of the raw material (brown sugar), and reconversion towards the production of bioethanol.

Le développement de l’industrie sucrière en algérie s’explique principalement par une politique étatique de protection douanière contre l’importation de sucre blanc, mais la principale force concurrentielle qu’elle peut subir viendrais du pouvoir de négociation des grandes firmes d’approvisionnent en sucre roux.
la compétitivité de cette industrie dépend de sa capacité à s’intégrer dans la dynamique des firmes sucrières mondiales, caractérisée par la conquête des marchés extérieurs, le contrôle de la matière première (sucre roux), et la reconversion vers la production de bioéthanol.
