In recent years, Algeria has put in place institutional, legal, financial and Internal Mechanisms to Ensure That the environment and development are integrated into the decisionmaking process, including in particular the writing of the State of the Environment, the Public Directorate of Financial Independence and Public Authority, the Supreme Council for Environment and Sustainable Development and the National Economic and Social Council.

a number of important actions have been carried out within the framework of the development efforts of recent years, which fall under the implementation of Agenda 21, which has given considerable results in many areas, in particular the fight against poverty, the control of demographic shifts, protection and promotion of health prevention and the improvement of human settlements And integration into environmental decision-making.

From here, we have raised the problem of our research of how long Algerian policies have contributed to the achievement of sustainable .development indicators and their environmental prospects.
