Through this research we will highlight the importance of the Islamic financial engineering in achieving sustainable development of the Islamic financial industry, which is considered as an appropriate tool to find innovative solutions and new financial instruments regulated by Islamic law «CHAREEA », that derives its foundations from the jurisprudence of transactions which provides Islamic financing formulas that ensure the continuous production of goods and services and The search of a sustainable economic system that allows Islamic banks and financial institutions to maintain a variety of financial instruments and products that will enable them to manage their liquidity in a profitable manner as well as to provide the appropriate flexibility to respond to economical environment variables.
