Corporate governance is at the center of the debate.
it's about creating an environment that allows owners and financial investors to have the effective means to exercise real control over the management of their assets.
the balanced scorecard is proposed as a model of performance measurement.
it is used to manage the company including several dimensions.
the present study seeks to identify the importance given by Algerian companies to the application of a balanced scorecard-based measurement system for the good governance of the company.

La gouvernance d’entreprise est au centre des débats.
il s’agit de créer un environnement qui permet aux propriétaires et investisseurs financiers, d’avoir les moyens efficaces d’exercer un véritable contrôle sur la gestion de leurs actifs.
le balanced scorecard est proposé comme un modèle de mesure de la performance.
il sert au pilotage de l’entreprise incluant plusieurs dimensions.
la présente étude cherche à identifier l’importance donnée par les entreprises algériennes à l’application d’un système de mesure conforme au balanced scorecard pour la bonne gouvernance de l’entreprise.
