The aim of this study is to identify the role of competencies in sustaining competitiveness through the employment of creativity and innovation.
in order to achieve this endeavour, a questionnaire was designed and circulated to a sample composed of 87 managing cadres in the new Algerian canned food firm “NAC Rouiba”.
this research paper concluded that the contribution of innovative and creative skilful thinking to the sustainability of competitiveness is reflected in the concepts and proposals presented that help to develop the manufacturing and marketing methods, affecting, therefore, the competitive forces and competitive strategy of the institution.
الملخص FRE
L'objectif de cette étude est d'identifier le rôle joué par les compétences dans le maintien de la compétitivité par le biais de la créativité et de l'innovation.
à cet effet, nous avons eu recours à un questionnaire administré à un échantillon de 87 cadres dirigeants de la nouvelle conserverie Algérienne “NCA Rouiba”.
les résultats ont démontré que la contribution des compétences innovatrice et créative dans le maintien de l’avantage concurrentiel se matérialise par les perceptions et les recommandations fournies qui aident à développer les méthodes d’industrialisation et de commercialisation, impactant à son tour la compétitivité et la stratégie concurrentielle de l’entreprise.
