In this Article , we are going to study the intellectual and cultural aspects of the local community of « El Wancharis» region and its suburbs, during the perioud of the fifth century AD, where we want to describe the different cities of this geographic region then , their historical importance accourding to the ancient sources, through an important source material ranging from Christian inscriptions and pieces of mosaics and episcopal correspondence and records of religious councils , that showed the Christian faith and the clergy and the diversity of the priestly hierarchy of this category where we find deacon diaconus and pastor presbyter And sacerdos, in addition to the bishop episcopus, which reflects that if these categories indicate the adaptation of the community with the belief on the one hand, it also reflected the reality of the degree of thought and culture in the region
