The impact of these projects on the urban environment of the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region of Iraq in particular the negative and highlighting them to the competent authorities and decision-makers to address them in order to correct the development path to serve the citizens of the city, relying on the inductive method.

The second axis was devoted to the study of the characteristics of residential projects, while the third and fourth axes dealt with the most important reasons for the development of these projects and their development.

Positive and negative impacts in the urban Environment of the study area, and concluded the research with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
