The file of humanity has witnessed that tremendous and tangible developments, fundamental and accelerating changes in the various aspects of political, economic, social, legal and environmental life have occurred in the twenty-first century.

This incredible changes in human life can be seen as great as the whole changes that occurred in all previous centuries.

Today that we live in is totally different from tens, hundreds or thousands before.

Beside these dramatical changes, the jurisprudential opinions have changed dramatically as well based on the developments.

Therefore, the impact of contemporary environment in the interpretation of sacred texts were not limited to the establishment of a new rule, or change the previous rule and so on, but the formation should be included mechanisms and methodological plans as well.

So, in the paper, we attempt to focus on the impact of contemporary reality on the juristic effort (Ijtihad), legal opinion (Fatwa), interpretation of texts and their main dimensions.
