New in house built e-health information system has been implemented in the United Nations Relief and Works Agency Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) primary health care centers.

This study aims to study how the implementation of e-health information system in the primary health care centers enhance the health care quality that the UNRWA-Gaza health centers provides.

The implementation of the e-health information system in all 22 Gaza primary health care centers has just been finished this year.

Population was the primary health care centers staff who using the e-health information system in their daily activates and have altitude toward it (979 clinical staff), the population include doctors, nurses, physicians Pragmatics and administrative staff.

Quantitative approach was followed and questionnaire as a tool.

The researcher distributed 310 questionnaire and 286 where received.

Researcher used multiple regression and correlation to test the hypothesis.

Study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between ehealth information system characteristics and health care quality.

While usability, relative advantages and compatibility has direct significant impact on medical error prevention and reduction.

More ever, perceived ease of use ,perceived usefulness and relative advantages has direct significant impact on Health care outcomes improvements.

In addition, relative advantages and compatibility has direct significant impact on Redesign patient care pathway.

The designer of the system should clarify the alerts and error message and make it easier for the user to indicate the problems solutions.

It is also recommended that patient should have access to their personal medical record.

Thus, initiation of a patient-portal website is essential.

And the system should enhance to support the x-ray physiotherapy.
