This study aims to examine the effect of outsouring process on performance efficiency at Paltel Group in Gaza Strip.

The researcher depended on the descriptive and analytical approach based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool.

The study used a census method as a sample strategy for all employees holding the following positions: Manager, Head of Division, Head of Department, Head of Unit, Administrator, and Supervisor.

From the 110 questionnaires distributed, 77 were returned with 70% response rate.

The results revealed that outsourcing process has a positive weak effect on performance efficiency.

The study showed that the overall level of outsourcing process and performance efficiency in Paltel Group were high.

Were the study showed that there are no significant diffferencess in respondents answers regarding outsorcing process and performance efficiency.

The study concluded that paltel group may take the cost reduction principle and financial benefit into consideration during the assessment process, prepare and develop a terms of reference document to make an easy comparison regarding the expected and actual work.

In addition to activate a monitor and control system for all outsourced tasks to check the achievement.

Moreover, Paltel Group should minimize inputs and resources to reduce cost for more efficiency, introduce and discuss the service quality with the customers, and improve the customer service continuously.
