الملخص الإنجليزي

This research aimed to explore the impact of Human Resource Development on Managerial Innovation in Banking sector in Palestine.

In addition highlight the vital role of HRD practices that plays significantly in achieving innovative in efficient and effective way.

This research provides a good depict of the reality of Human Resource Development in banking sector in Palestine and describe the impact of enhancing HRD practices on Managerial Innovation.

The research surveyed managerial and administrative employee in banking sector in Palestine.

The researcher applied the descriptive analytical approach through using stratified random sample of the study population.

Sampling survey was adopted for the research population which consist of all managerial and administrative staff."1495" employees.

A total of 306 questionnaires were distributed, and 248 valid questionnaires were collected with response rate 81.04%.

Data analysis was done by using SPSS.

The results check that‘s there is a significant relationship between developing human resource and managerial innovation.

Working Banks in Palestine clarify poor practices and policies for implementing human resource development effectively to achieve managerial innovation .Managers and employees in Palestinian's Banks have poor incentive and motivation to fostering developing polices.

The researcher recommended that banking sector in Palestine should enhance human resource development practices which have significant effect on employee innovation through development programs as "training, leadership, performance appraisal, and Rewards and Incentives" in a rational way that lead to achieve objectives effectively
