The situation of instability is a threat to international peace and security, In this sense Kuwait Conference for the reconstruction of Iraq in February 2018 in cooperation with various international community now bereft to collect aid for Iraq, through this study we will try to look at the outputs of the Conference and contributing bodies by nature; and their compatibility with the requirements of the Iraqi society, in addition to the initial vision aid path and how to use it and rationalizing it, And thus was providing a forward base managed to exploring the future of security conditions and developmental peace and democracy in Iraq along the decimal places.
