الملخص EN

Aim of this research is to identify benefits and enablers of implementing CI in governmental service institutions in Omen.

this research followed systematic review strategy of collecting qualitative data with inductive approach.

researcher analysed Omani culture to examine applicability of identified benefits and enablers.

this is achieved through analysis of Omani culture based on Hofstede cultural dimensions which was selected among different cultural models.

the research found benefits of implementing ci for customers, employees and institutions.

main identified enablers are management commitment, employee involvement and training, customer focus, culture change and strategy.

this research would enrich literature of Oman in quality and ci.

this research can assist to overcome current challenges of improving performance in governmental service institutions in Oman.
