This study aimed to specify the relationship between the emotional intelligence in all its branches, which is considered as one of the most important condition to realize the success in the academic as well as the occupational level, with the occupational efficiency in all its branches (cognitive, skilled, social, personal and productivity) and Achievement motivation which is considered as one of the most important personal variables, that makes to a high level the success of the individual in his profession, so it works on raising the efficiency of individual and his productivity, and it helps him, also, in his striving for the excellence and the distinction, among physical education and sports teacher .

All this variables gathered form a basis and a good start which leads to the success of the teacher in his educational, formational, educative and rehabilitative tasks, and so to the goodness of the results of the educational and instructional operation.
